LA QUINTA BREWING

We designed and developed construction documents for a New Brewery. The Building shall have a combination of concrete tilt-up with a plastered wood framing and interior furred walls with a drywall finish. The Building shall be approximately 14,000 sq.ft. with a warehouse/brewing area, mezzanine space/office, kitchen, tasting room with a bar, merchandise storage, ADA restrooms and a patio area.

This project will be located on the North side of Technology Drive, South of I-10 Freeway in the City of Palm Desert, California
